Le tribunal a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 clairement qu&#39;UberX n&#39;\u00e9tait pas un service de taxi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Plusieurs associations professionnelles et entreprises du secteur du taxi, dont la \u00abFEBET\u00bb, avaient intent\u00e9 une action en cessation des activit\u00e9s d&#39;UberX \u00e0 Bruxelles. Le juge du tribunal a rejet\u00e9 toutes les poursuites contre Uber. Le juge confirme que les chauffeurs professionnels utilisant l&#39;application du m\u00eame nom ne sauraient \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des salari\u00e9s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00abIl faut pr\u00e9ciser qu&#39;Uber ne propose pas de service de transport, ne poss\u00e8de aucun v\u00e9hicule, ni licence de taxi, ni licence LVC. \u00abLocation Voiture Avec Chauffeur\u00bb signifie location de voiture avec chauffeur. Le service propos\u00e9 par un chauffeur via l&#39;application Uber ne peut donc pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un <a href=\"https:\/\/taxitoairportservice.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">service de taxi<\/a>. L&#39;entreprise est donc \u00abd\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable partenaire \u00e0 long terme pour Bruxelles\u00bb. Selon elle, plus de 1 000 chauffeurs professionnels LVC et 100 000 passagers utilisent activement l&#39;application. (source Belga).
